Send us the page, the statement that looks wrong, what you believe is correct and, if possible, a link to a source. We review each report, correct the page when the correction is confirmed, and update its date. Corrections are for facts, not for requests about your own booking.
What should I include?
A good report lets us check the issue quickly. Please send:
- The page title or web address.
- The exact sentence or detail that looks wrong.
- What you believe is correct.
- A source, such as an official website, notice or your own recent visit.
- Whether it affects an event happening soon.
What kinds of errors can I report?
You can report anything factual in a guide, location page or service page. Common examples are a venue arrangement that has changed, an authority's rule that has been updated, a place name or detail that is wrong, or a link that no longer works.
We read every report. Pages that cite sources, such as our locations pages, are the easiest to check because the source is listed.
What happens after you send it?
We compare your report with the original source and, where we can, a second source. If the page is wrong, we correct it and update the date shown on the page. If we cannot confirm the change, we may rewrite the sentence as a question for readers to confirm with the venue or authority. Our approach is described in the editorial and research standards.
Where does your correction go?
You send it to our team by WhatsApp using the button on this page. A named editor and a dedicated correction inbox are not published yet, so we do not list them. Responsibility sits with the business, and confirmed reviewers are listed on the contributors page.
Is this the right place for a problem with my booking?
No. For anything about your quotation, event day or delivery, use existing booking support. That keeps your booking details with the people who handle them. For general planning advice, our planning guide is a good place to begin.
Checklist
- Note the page title or web address.
- Copy the sentence that looks wrong.

Common questions
What counts as a factual correction?
A wrong or outdated statement about a venue, authority, rule, place, date or description of how something works. A difference of opinion or style is not a factual correction, but please tell us anyway.
Do I need a source?
A source helps and speeds up the check, especially an official website or notice. If you do not have one, tell us how you know, for example that you visited the venue recently. We will look for confirmation ourselves.
What if the correction is about my own booking?
Use existing booking support for matters about your quotation, delivery or event. Corrections here are for information published on the website.
Will I be told the outcome?
We aim to let you know whether the page was changed, and we update the page date when it is. If we cannot confirm the change, we will tell you why.
Send a factual correction
Message us with the page name, the sentence in question and your source, and we will review it.
What happens next: You send your event details on WhatsApp. Our team reads the brief, asks what is missing, then confirms in writing whether the date, venue and coverage can be booked, with a quotation. Opening WhatsApp does not send anything, and a message is not a booking until both sides confirm.
