Message us with your name, the event date and what you need. Tell us whether it is a change to the booking, help on the event day or a question about delivery. Booked clients use this page so their message is not mixed with new enquiries. Anything agreed is confirmed in writing.
Which type of request is yours?
Booked clients usually need one of three things. Naming which one in your first line helps the right person see your message.
| Your situation | Say this at the start |
|---|---|
| The plan has changed | "Change to booking" and what is changing |
| The event is today or very soon | "Event day" and the problem |
| The photographs have arrived | "Delivery" and what you see |
New enquiries and questions about quotations go to request photography, so this page stays for people who have booked.
How do I ask for a change?
Tell us what is changing, the date it takes effect and who has authority to approve. We reply with the effect on date, crew, venue or deliverables, and any change to the quotation, in writing. A change counts as agreed only once it is confirmed in writing.
The photography scope change log helps you keep requested, accepted and open changes separate. If the date itself moves, our cancellation and date-change policy explains the process.
What if something goes wrong on the day?
Contact the day contact agreed during preparation. If you have no number, message us here and say it is event day. Many problems have calm, practical answers, and when event photography plans or delivery go wrong walks through the common ones, from late arrival to venue restrictions.
What if there is a problem with delivery?
First check the delivery against your quotation. The photo delivery acceptance checklist lists what to look at. Download or access problems are covered in gallery access and download help. For late or missing items, our editing and delivery process explains the steps.
If ordinary support has not solved it
If you have already raised an issue and it remains open, say so and summarise what has been tried. When ordinary support has not resolved a photography concern explains what to include so the matter can be reviewed.

Common questions
What should I include in my message?
Your name, the event date, the venue and a short description of the issue. If you have a quotation or confirmation, mention it. Photos or screenshots help if the issue is about delivery.
My event is very soon. How do I mark it urgent?
Start your message with the event date and the word urgent, then the problem in one sentence. Agree a day contact with us during preparation so there is a named person to call.
Can I change the date, venue or scope?
Changes are discussed with us and confirmed in writing under the terms of your quotation. Our scope change log helps you keep a clear record.
What if I am not happy with the delivered photographs?
Tell us what differs from what was agreed. Our guide on editing that differs from expectations lists what to compare. We reply in writing with how we propose to resolve it.
Message us about our booking
Send your name, event date and what you need help with. If the event is very soon, say so at the start of your message.
What happens next: You send your event details on WhatsApp. Our team reads the brief, asks what is missing, then confirms in writing whether the date, venue and coverage can be booked, with a quotation. Opening WhatsApp does not send anything, and a message is not a booking until both sides confirm.
