What do we need to check a date?
Four details let us start: the type of event, the date, the times and the place. If the times are approximate, give a range. If the date is not fixed, list the options in order of preference.

Why does the exact location matter?
Two events on the same date can need very different plans. A hotel ballroom in Kuala Lumpur and an event at a resort reached by ferry take different amounts of time to reach and set up.

What does our reply mean?
We check the date against the team's schedule and the travel the place requires. Our reply tells you what we can and cannot yet confirm. Receiving your request is an acknowledgement only. It does not hold the date.

What if the location is outside the Klang Valley?
We accept enquiries for events across Malaysia. Each date, venue and travel arrangement is confirmed in writing before booking. Travel assumptions go into the quotation. No. A reply tells you where things stand. The date is held when the booking is confirmed in writing under the terms in your quotation.
