Event Photography Malaysia is an event photography business. Our own team photographs the events we accept, across Malaysia. We read each brief, propose the coverage, and confirm date, venue, crew, deliverables and quotation in writing before booking.
Who are we?
We are an event photography business. Our own team photographs the events we accept. Clients come to us for weddings, family occasions, company events, school and sports days, and community events across Malaysia.
We keep this page to facts we can stand behind. We do not list years in business, client numbers or awards here. If you want to know something specific, ask us and we will answer in writing.
What is our approach?
We start with your situation. Each event has its own people, venue, timing and purpose, so we read the brief first and ask for what is missing. Then we propose coverage and send a written quotation.
Before the booking is confirmed, we confirm the date, venue, crew, deliverables and quotation in writing. After the event, we deliver as agreed. How photography booking works shows each step.
Who will photograph your event?
The photographer who attends is confirmed when your booking is confirmed. We do not leave this to chance. Our page on who photographs your event explains how assignment works, and meet the photographers explains what information you can ask for about the team.
How can you check us before you decide?
You can ask for several things before you commit.
- Relevant examples. See how we share our work and ask for examples close to your event.
- The written quotation. It states the scope, deliverables and total.
- Business details. Ask for the registered business name and make sure it matches your quotation and invoice.
- Crew details. Ask who will attend and what they have photographed.
Our guides can help you judge the answers. See how to choose an event photographer and independent photographer, agency or booking platform.
What do we promise?
We promise a calm process and clear records. We explain what good coverage involves, we say when something cannot be confirmed, and we put agreed details in writing. We do not use pressure to secure a booking.
How can you reach us?
Use the enquiry button on any page to send us a message on WhatsApp. Tell us your event type, date, venue and what matters most. We will reply with questions or a proposed plan. For pricing, see our pricing and scope page.
If you would like to know more before you decide, ask us about the team, the process or the registered business details. We will answer in writing.
Ask us about the businessCommon questions
Do you photograph events yourselves or use other photographers?
Our own team photographs the events we accept. We confirm the crew assigned to your event when we confirm the booking, and our page on who photographs your event explains how.
Can I see the registered business name?
Ask us. The business name on your quotation and invoice should match the registered business, and you can check it before you pay. We will give you the details in writing.
Where are you based?
We accept enquiries for events across Malaysia and confirm travel for each booking in writing. Ask us where the assigned crew will travel from for your date.
How do I check your work?
Ask for relevant examples during your enquiry. Our page on our work explains how we share them, and our guides explain how to judge a gallery.
Ask us about the business
If you would like to know more before you decide, ask us about the team, the process or the registered business details. We will answer in writing.
What happens next: You send your event details on WhatsApp. Our team reads the brief, asks what is missing, then confirms in writing whether the date, venue and coverage can be booked, with a quotation. Opening WhatsApp does not send anything, and a message is not a booking until both sides confirm.
