Photography pricing and scope
See how our event photography quotations work: what sets the price, what a written quotation lists, and what to send us so the scope and total are clear.
Coverage and deliverablesWhat our photography coverage includes
Understand how coverage and deliverables are defined for your event, what optional extras to ask about, and how the agreed scope is recorded in writing.
For organisationsCorporate photography proposals
Ask for a written photography proposal that fits your procurement process: scope, deliverables, supplier information and approval needs, confirmed in writing.

Concurrent activity and crew planner
Enter activities that run at the same time in different places and see where one photographer cannot be in two rooms. Get questions about crew and compromises.
Group photograph planner
Plan formal group photographs with an ordered list and a time estimate. Set the pace, add a helper and allow for older or less mobile guests.

Common questions
Who will photograph my event?
Our own team photographs every commission. We confirm the crew assigned to your event in writing when we confirm the booking, together with the date, venue, coverage window and deliverables, so you know who will attend before the day.
How much does event photography cost?
Each event is quoted from its own brief, and your written quotation states the coverage window, crew, deliverables and delivery arrangements, so you can see what each part of the price covers. Our [pricing and scope page](ref:F12) explains the factors involved.
Do you photograph events outside the Klang Valley?
We accept enquiries for all thirteen states and three federal territories. Each date, venue and travel arrangement is confirmed in writing before booking, so you know the outstation arrangements before you commit.
What should I send in my first message?
The date, the venue or town, the type of event, roughly how many guests, and what the photographs are for. Even partial details help. If the programme is not ready, send what you have and we will ask about the rest.
Can you work around religious or family customs and children's privacy?
Yes. Tell us about prayer times, restricted areas, family wishes or guests who prefer not to be photographed, and we plan around them. Your programme and the host's wishes decide what is photographed, not assumptions.
Can I see examples of your work first?
We share relevant, complete examples during your enquiry, chosen for the kind of event you are planning, rather than a short highlight reel. Our [work page](ref:F10) explains what to look for when you review them.
WhatsApp us about your event
If you already know your date and venue, a short WhatsApp message is enough to begin. We ask about your programme first, then send a written proposal you can read and compare in your own time.
What happens next: You send your event details on WhatsApp. Our team reads the brief, asks what is missing, then confirms in writing whether the date, venue and coverage can be booked, with a quotation. Opening WhatsApp does not send anything, and a message is not a booking until both sides confirm.
