Your booking terms are stated in the written quotation and confirmation we send you for your event. They cover the scope, the date, venue and crew, deliverables, payment, changes and image use. Read them against your brief before you confirm. If anything is missing or unclear, ask us to add it in writing.
Where do the terms appear?
Terms are given to you in writing for your own event. The written quotation sets out what the booking covers and the amounts. The booking confirmation records that the date, venue, crew, deliverables and terms are agreed.
We do not publish a fixed set of rates or payment steps on this page, because they depend on your brief. We will state any term that applies to your booking in writing before you confirm.
What should a quotation and confirmation state?
Read your documents against this list.
| Area | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Scope | Event, date, venue, times, number of photographers |
| Deliverables | What you receive, in what form, by when |
| Payment | The amounts and when each is due |
| Travel | What is included and what is assumed |
| Changes | How a change of date, venue or scope is handled |
| Image use | What you may do with the photographs |
| Contacts | Who instructs, who approves, who is invoiced |
What an event-photography quotation should include explains each area. What makes a photography booking confirmed explains why the written confirmation matters.
What about payment?
Payment steps are stated in your quotation. Questions worth asking include when each payment is due and what each one secures. Photography deposits and payment milestones lists what to clarify. Your quotation, not this page, is the document that governs.
What if the booking changes?
Changes to date, venue or scope are agreed in writing. Our cancellation and date-change policy explains the process and how to contact us. The photography scope change log helps you keep track of what has been asked and what has been agreed.
How should I compare our terms with another supplier's?
Compare the same items side by side. The photography quotation comparison tool helps you do this on your own notes. The page on photography pricing and scope explains what shapes a quotation. For how we handle your details, see our privacy notice.
Review status
These terms are still being finalised and will be published here once approved and reviewed. Until then, the written quotation is the only document that states terms for your booking, and we answer any question about them in writing.

Ask about our booking termsCommon questions
Where can I read the full terms?
They are set out in your written quotation and booking confirmation. Ask us to explain any term before you confirm. We will answer in writing.
Are the terms the same for every booking?
The framework is the same, but the details depend on your brief. Scope, travel, delivery and image use are written for your event.
Can I ask for a term to be changed?
You can ask. Tell us what you would like and why. We reply in writing, and any agreed change goes into the quotation.
Who is the contracting party?
The name of the contracting party appears on the quotation and confirmation. If your finance team needs particular details, ask before you confirm.
Ask about our booking terms
If you are about to confirm and a term is unclear, send us the question. We reply in writing, and any answer goes into the quotation.
What happens next: You send your event details on WhatsApp. Our team reads the brief, asks what is missing, then confirms in writing whether the date, venue and coverage can be booked, with a quotation. Opening WhatsApp does not send anything, and a message is not a booking until both sides confirm.
