Website accessibility and assistance

You want to use this website comfortably, or need another way to reach us if something does not work for you.

Short answer

We aim for a readable, simple website that works on phones and with assistive tools. We have not published a formal accessibility audit, so we do not claim a compliance level. If anything is hard to use, message us and we will help you with your enquiry another way.

What are we aiming for?

We want every visitor to read our pages and send an enquiry without difficulty. In practice, that means clear headings, plain language, descriptive link text, text that you can enlarge, and a layout that works on a phone as well as a computer.

What have we tested?

We have not published a formal accessibility audit of the website. For that reason, we do not claim conformance with any standard. We would rather tell you this directly than imply a level of testing that has not been documented.

When we learn of a barrier, we review it and fix it where we can. Fixes are not always instant, and we will say so when that is the case.

Known limitations

Some interactive planning tools on the site may be harder to use with a keyboard or a screen reader than plain pages. If a tool does not work for you, the guide that accompanies it explains the same decision in text. You can also send us your details and we will work through it with you.

How can I contact you another way?

You can message us on WhatsApp instead of using the enquiry form. Send your date, venue and what you need, and we will take it from there. If you prefer a different language, see languages and enquiry support.

Accessibility at your event

Accessibility also matters on the day. If guests use wheelchairs, have sensory needs or need quiet spaces, tell us so coverage can be planned around them. Our guide to comfortable and inclusive event photography lists what to raise. We confirm what has been agreed in your written quotation.

To check whether we can cover your date and venue, use the date and location check. Our approach to accuracy on this site is set out in the editorial standards.

Common questions

Has the website had a formal accessibility audit?

A formal audit has not been published. We therefore do not claim any compliance standard. We aim for clear headings, readable text, descriptive links and a layout that works on a phone, and we fix problems when we learn about them.

Can I enquire without using the form?

Yes. You can message us directly on WhatsApp with your date, venue and what you need. The form is a convenience, not a requirement.

Can you help me plan photography for an event with accessibility needs?

Yes, tell us about the needs of your guests or participants. We confirm in writing how the coverage will be planned. Our guide on comfortable and inclusive photography lists useful questions.

How do I report a barrier I found?

Tell us the page, the device and browser you used, and what went wrong. We review each report and aim to fix the problem. We may not be able to fix everything quickly, and we will tell you if so.

Ask for accessibility help

If a page is hard to use, tell us what happened and we will help you directly, including taking your enquiry by message.

What happens next: You send your event details on WhatsApp. Our team reads the brief, asks what is missing, then confirms in writing whether the date, venue and coverage can be booked, with a quotation. Opening WhatsApp does not send anything, and a message is not a booking until both sides confirm.
