The business is responsible for everything published on this site. Named contributors and reviewers are added to this page only when each person has approved their identity and expertise statement. Until then, we do not list names or credentials we cannot confirm.
Who is responsible for what is published?
The business is responsible for every page on this site. Guides are written to help you plan and compare event photography, and they follow our editorial and research standards.
Who are the contributors and reviewers?
Named contributors and reviewers will appear on this page once each person has approved their identity and a short statement of their relevant experience. At this time, we do not list individual profiles.
We do not show names, photos or credentials that have not been confirmed by the person concerned. That would mislead you about who checked the information.
What will each profile include?
When profiles are added, each will state:
- the person's name and role
- the subject area they contributed to or reviewed
- the relevant experience, in plain words
- the guides they worked on
How do contributors relate to the photography team?
Contributors to guides are not the same list as the photographers who cover events. Information about the team that photographs your event is on who photographs your event and meet the photographers. We confirm the crew assigned to your event when we confirm the booking.
What if you think a guide is wrong?
Tell us which page, what looks wrong and, if you can, a source. Our correction page explains what to include. You can also read about the business for background on who we are.
If you have a question about who wrote or checked a guide, message us with the page and we will answer plainly.
Ask about a guide's authorCommon questions
Why are no individual names listed yet?
We list a person only after they have approved the name and the description of their role. Until that is confirmed, we would rather show nothing than a credential we cannot support. This page will be updated when contributors are confirmed.
Will outside experts review guides on legal or cultural topics?
Where a guide covers specialist subjects, we aim to rely on official sources and, where appropriate, a named reviewer. Any reviewer will be listed here with the topic they checked. Until then, such guides cite their sources and tell you to confirm with the authority.
Are the photographers named here?
This page is for people who contribute to or review published guides. Profiles of the photographers who cover events are on a separate page and are shown once confirmed.
How do I raise a concern about a guide?
Use the correction page to tell us which guide, what looks wrong and, if possible, a source. We review each report and update the page when the correction is confirmed.
Ask about a guide's author
If you have a question about who wrote or checked a guide, message us with the page and we will answer plainly.
What happens next: You send your event details on WhatsApp. Our team reads the brief, asks what is missing, then confirms in writing whether the date, venue and coverage can be booked, with a quotation. Opening WhatsApp does not send anything, and a message is not a booking until both sides confirm.
