Event Photography Malaysia

Languages and enquiry support

You would like to read the website and talk about your event in the language you are most comfortable with.

Short answer

The website is written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Simplified Chinese. The languages we can reply in are not yet confirmed, so we do not promise one. Tell us your preferred language when you enquire, and we confirm what we can offer before you decide anything.

Which languages is the website in?

The website is available in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Simplified Chinese. Pages in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese are written for readers in those languages, not copied word for word from English. Not every page may be available in every language at the same time.

If a page is missing in your language, the English version applies, and you can ask us about anything in it.

Which languages can you reply in?

Our reply languages are not yet confirmed, so we do not promise any one language. When you message us, say which language you prefer. We tell you which language we can reply in, and we confirm this before you make any decision.

This approach means you know early whether we can talk in your language, not after waiting.

How do I enquire in my language?

Message us on WhatsApp in whichever language you choose. You can also use the enquiry page and describe your event. Include your date, venue and a short programme, as described in how booking works.

Written confirmation

Dates, crew, deliverables and the quotation are confirmed in writing. If you would like help reading the quotation, ask a family member or friend to read it with you, or ask us to explain a line. A quotation is meant to be understood before you agree to it.

If a page differs between languages

If you notice that a page says something different in another language, tell us. We treat it as a factual correction, and the correction page explains what to send.

For help using the website itself, see accessibility and assistance, or browse the full site map.

Checklist

  • Write your message in the language you prefer.
  • Say which language you want us to reply in.
  • Ask for the written quotation to be read through with you.
  • Tell us if anyone helps you communicate.

Send your message in the language you prefer and say so, and we will tell you which language we can reply in.

Enquire in your language

Common questions

Can I write to you in Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese?

Yes, you can write in the language you prefer. We read your message and confirm which language we can reply in. We do not promise a reply language until it is confirmed, so we tell you early rather than after you have waited.

Are all pages available in all three languages?

Not necessarily at the same time. Pages are written separately in each language, not machine translated, and some may be added later. If a page is not in your language, the English page still applies.

Which version is correct if they differ?

Your written quotation is the record of what we agreed with you. If a website page seems to differ between languages, tell us. We treat that as a correction.

Can my family member help me communicate with you?

Yes, if you are comfortable with it. For booking decisions, the quotation is written down so you and the people helping you can read it together.

Enquire in your language

Send your message in the language you prefer and say so, and we will tell you which language we can reply in.

What happens next: You send your event details on WhatsApp. Our team reads the brief, asks what is missing, then confirms in writing whether the date, venue and coverage can be booked, with a quotation. Opening WhatsApp does not send anything, and a message is not a booking until both sides confirm.
