Our own team photographs the events we accept. When we confirm your booking, we confirm in writing the crew assigned to your event. We are accountable to you for the coverage and delivery, and any change of crew is discussed with you before the event.
How is the photographer confirmed?
The photographer is confirmed in writing when your booking is confirmed. We confirm the date, venue, crew and deliverables together, so you can see who is assigned and what they will do. If you have a preference, tell us at the enquiry stage.
Our page on booking steps shows where this fits in the process. Our guide on what makes a photography booking confirmed explains why the written record matters.
Who is accountable?
We are. You book with us, and we are responsible to you for the coverage and delivery described in your quotation. Our team does the photography. If something goes wrong, you do not have to chase a third party.
We recommend that you check this with any provider you consider. Ask who holds the booking, who attends and who delivers. Our guide on independent photographer, agency or booking platform shows why the answers differ.
What is the crew for your event?
The crew depends on the programme. A single room may need one photographer. Two moments at once, a large crowd or a long day may need a second person. Ask us what we recommend and why.
The concurrent activity and crew planner and the guide on what an additional event photographer changes help you decide. We confirm the crew size in the quotation.
What if the assigned person changes?
Plans can change. If the assigned photographer cannot attend, we tell you before the event and discuss the options with you. We do not swap crew without telling you.
Before you accept a replacement, ask for their relevant work and what they would plan for your event. Evaluating a proposed replacement photographer lists the questions. For booking terms around associates, see booking when the attending photographer may be an associate.
What should you record?
Keep these in your booking confirmation:
- The names or roles of the assigned crew.
- Who your day contact is, and their phone number.
- What happens if the crew changes.
- Whether anyone outside the named team might be involved.
The responsibility planner and the brief handover tracker keep these details together.
To learn more about the people, see meet the photographers. To learn about the business, see about us.
Tell us whether a particular person, style or crew size matters to you, and we will confirm in writing what we can offer for your date.
Confirm who will attendCommon questions
When do I find out who is coming?
The assigned crew is confirmed in writing when your booking is confirmed. If you want to know earlier, ask during the enquiry and tell us which details matter to you.
Who do I speak to if there is a problem?
You deal with us, as the business that holds your booking. Agree a day contact on each side during preparation, with phone numbers, so someone can be reached at the event.
Will you use outside photographers?
Our own team photographs the events we accept. If the assignment ever involved anyone beyond the named crew, we tell you before the event and record it in writing.
Can I meet or speak with the photographer first?
Ask us. A short call about the programme is often useful. Whether it can be arranged for your date, we confirm when we confirm the booking.
Confirm who will attend
Tell us whether a particular person, style or crew size matters to you, and we will confirm in writing what we can offer for your date.
What happens next: You send your event details on WhatsApp. Our team reads the brief, asks what is missing, then confirms in writing whether the date, venue and coverage can be booked, with a quotation. Opening WhatsApp does not send anything, and a message is not a booking until both sides confirm.
