After the event, we select the usable photos, edit them to the style agreed, and deliver them in the way your quotation states. Your quotation gives the delivery timeline in writing. You check the delivery, and agreed revisions are handled before the job is closed.
What happens after the event?
Delivery has four stages, and each can be agreed in advance.
- Selection. We choose the usable photos from the coverage.
- Editing. We adjust colour, exposure and crop to the agreed style.
- Preview, if agreed. You may see a small set early.
- Final delivery. The full edited set reaches you by the agreed method.
Our guide to event photo delivery, editing and preservation covers each stage from the client's side.
How are photos selected?
We keep photos that are sharp, well exposed and useful to the story, and leave out near-duplicates and unusable frames. See how event photographs are selected for the delivered gallery for what to expect. If you want certain moments or people covered, tell us before the day so we look for them.
What does editing include?
Standard editing means consistent colour and exposure, straightening and cropping. Heavier retouching is a separate conversation. Before the event, agree what retouching can and cannot change. Ask whether unedited files are offered, because this is decided per booking.
Previews and the final gallery
A preview is an early selection, often for quick use. It is not the final set. Our guide to preview photographs and the final gallery explains why they differ. If you need a few photos on the same day for sharing or reporting, tell us in the enquiry. We confirm whether that can be done for your date.
How do you receive and check the delivery?
We deliver by the method written in your quotation, usually an online gallery. When it arrives, check that the key moments are present, the files open, and the photos match the style agreed. The photo delivery acceptance checklist walks you through it.
Download your own copy of the full gallery. Keep originals separate from social media copies. The photo archive planner helps you decide where to store them.
What if something is wrong?
If photos are late, missing or not as agreed, contact us with the date, the booking and what you expected. We handle agreed revisions, and we will tell you in writing what can be corrected. Our guide on a gallery that is later than the agreed date explains what to ask. Gallery access problems are covered on our gallery help page.

Tell us when you need the photos and how you will use them, and we will set a delivery plan that fits and write it into your quotation.
Agree your delivery planCommon questions
How long until I receive the photos?
Your quotation states the delivery timeline in writing. If you need photos by a certain date, tell us at the enquiry stage so we can confirm whether it fits and what it changes.
Will every photo taken be delivered?
Usually not. Some frames are unusable, such as blinks or duplicates. We select the photos that tell the event well. Ask how selection works so you know what to expect.
Can I ask for changes to the edited photos?
Agreed revisions are handled as the quotation states. Describe what you want changed, with examples. Large changes to style or retouching are best agreed before the event.
How long are the photos kept available?
Gallery access and archive arrangements are stated in your delivery terms. Download and save your own copy promptly, and ask us how long we keep the archive.
Agree your delivery plan
Tell us when you need the photos and how you will use them, and we will set a delivery plan that fits and write it into your quotation.
What happens next: You send your event details on WhatsApp. Our team reads the brief, asks what is missing, then confirms in writing whether the date, venue and coverage can be booked, with a quotation. Opening WhatsApp does not send anything, and a message is not a booking until both sides confirm.
