Event Photography Malaysia

Event photography services we offer in Malaysia

You know what is happening but not what the service is called, so start from the occasion and we will point you to the right coverage.

Short answer

Our services are organised by occasion, not by package. Business events, weddings and couple occasions, private and family celebrations, and education, sports and community events each have their own hub with specific guides. Pick the group closest to your event, or use the needs selector if your event sits between two.

Choose by occasion

Most visitors know the occasion before they know the service. Each group below leads to a hub that explains the coverage choices, the moments that matter and what to prepare.

Choose by what the photographs are for

Sometimes the purpose is clearer than the occasion. Photographs for a family album, for a company annual report and for a sponsor's post-event report are planned differently, even at similar events.

For records and reporting, think about the shot list, captions and file formats. For family keepsakes, think about people, relatives and the order of ceremonies. The needs selector turns these answers into a suggested starting point.

Choose by the practical constraint

Some events are shaped by a constraint: several activities at once, a venue with strict rules, or a short window. The concurrent coverage planner helps when more than one thing happens at the same time, and our guide to run sheets and staffing explains how crew decisions follow your programme.

Group portraits, headshot stations and couple sessions can sit alongside event coverage. Our guide on event coverage or a separate portrait session explains when each makes sense.

What happens after you choose

You send the date, venue and a rough programme. We ask what is missing, propose coverage, and confirm the date, venue, crew and deliverables in writing with a quotation. Details such as rates and terms are confirmed in each written quotation. The booking process shows the steps.

If your event does not fit neatly into one group, describe it in a message and we will tell you which coverage approach suits it and what we would need to know to quote.

Common questions

What if my event fits two categories?

That is common, for example a company family day or a school graduation dinner. Choose the group that matches who is commissioning and what the photographs are for, then tell us about the other element. We plan coverage around your programme, not the category label.

Do you offer portraits as well as event coverage?

Portrait requests linked to an event, such as headshots at a conference or couple portraits around a wedding, can be part of the plan. A standalone session is a different brief, so mention it and we will say how we would scope it.

Is video included?

This site is about photography. If you need video as well, tell us in your first message so we can say clearly what we can and cannot provide. Our guide on booking photography and videography together explains the decision.

Where do I find prices for each service?

Prices are quoted from each brief and confirmed in writing, so there is no per-service price list. Our pricing and scope page explains what changes a quotation.

Describe your event to us

If your event does not fit neatly into one group, describe it in a message and we will tell you which coverage approach suits it and what we would need to know to quote.

What happens next: You send your event details on WhatsApp. Our team reads the brief, asks what is missing, then confirms in writing whether the date, venue and coverage can be booked, with a quotation. Opening WhatsApp does not send anything, and a message is not a booking until both sides confirm.
