Enter what the quotation or agreement said about formats, folders, the number of images, dates and privacy. The checklist compares each item with what you received and produces a short factual query list you can send. It does not decide whether anyone is at fault.
What this checklist does
It helps you compare delivery with the agreement. You enter the formats, folders, selection method, dates and privacy requirements that were agreed. You then tick what you received, and the checklist turns each gap into a plain question.
How to use it
- Copy the delivery terms from your quotation or booking message.
- Enter the agreed formats, such as web-sized files or full-size files.
- Enter the folder structure and naming, if any were agreed.
- Enter the agreed selection approach, such as a curated gallery.
- Enter the delivery dates and any stage dates.
- Enter privacy requirements, such as excluded moments or restricted access.
- Tick what you received and press the button.
Reading the result
The query list is written as factual questions, for example "The agreement mentions a folder for the ceremony; I cannot find it. Can you confirm where it is?" Each question refers to one item and one agreed term. It does not allege a breach, and it does not invent standards that were not agreed.
If you want to understand the stages of delivery first, read our guides on preview photographs and the final gallery, how photographs are selected for the delivered gallery and choosing suitable delivery formats and access methods.
What to do next
Send the list to the provider and ask for a written reply. If something is wrong with the event itself rather than delivery, see when event photography plans or delivery go wrong. Then plan how to keep your files with the photo archive planner.
Assumptions and limits
The checklist only works from what you enter. It does not certify a legal breach and does not add quality requirements after booking. Existing clients can also use our gallery help page (gallery access and download help). For future bookings, the checklist is a way to ask what the delivery terms will say.
If you are already our client, send the list to us and we will reply in writing. If you are comparing future bookings, use it to ask what delivery terms will say.
Send our delivery query listCommon questions
What if my agreement does not list the details?
Use the checklist only for what was agreed. For anything missing, write it as a question rather than a complaint. Ask what was intended, and agree it in writing.
Can the checklist say the delivery is wrong?
No. It lists differences between what was agreed and what you received. Whether a difference matters is for you and the provider to settle.
Should I check every image?
Check a sample across the gallery, then the key moments you listed. Look for the formats, folder structure and file counts that were promised.
What about privacy requirements?
Check that images you asked to exclude are not included and that access to the gallery is as agreed. Raise any concern quickly.
Send our delivery query list
If you are already our client, send the list to us and we will reply in writing. If you are comparing future bookings, use it to ask what delivery terms will say.
What happens next: You send your event details on WhatsApp. Our team reads the brief, asks what is missing, then confirms in writing whether the date, venue and coverage can be booked, with a quotation. Opening WhatsApp does not send anything, and a message is not a booking until both sides confirm.
